RCOM MAKES FULL REPAYMENT OF ANOTHER SYNDICATED ECB LOAN OF US$ 500 MILLION (RS.3,100 CRORE)

Reliance  Communications announced  that  it  has  fully repaid another syndicated ECB loan ofUS$ 500 Million
(Rs.3,100 crore approx) on the scheduled due datetoday.

RCOM had earlier this year made full scheduled repayment of
2other syndicated ECBloans aggregating US$ 1 billion (Rs. 6,200crore),
and bilateral ECB loans of more than
US$ 310 million(Rs.1,900 crore approx).

With these repayments, RCOM has now fully liquidated the borrowingsfrom 23 foreign banks and financial institutions.
