Good Life Education collaborates with Vardhman Group to introduce pioneering Certificate Course for Real Estate

Vardhman Group, one of Mumbai’s leading real estate groups have recently joined hands with Good Life Education, a young and dynamic start-up, to bring to India its first ever Certified Course in Real Estate. Vardhman and Good Life Education have introduced this course in order to bridge the gap that has been created due to the inadequacy of accurate information and to open up a plethora of opportunities for budding professionals in the real estate sector. 

Currently, the certified course on offer has a dual level structure comprising of the basic and the advanced level streams. The first is a beginner’s course that is designed for individuals with no previous insights into the industry and affords the pursuer with fundamental knowledge when it comes to Real Estate essentials. This course deals with the basic concepts of Real Estate such as redevelopment, slum rehabilitation, process of property valuation etc. The advanced level stream that is especially devised for industry professional’s focuses on providing in-depth knowledge about the processes involved in the overall completion of a Real Estate project, i.e., from the assorted permissions required to the legalities involved and from the marketing to the sales aspect of the project. In this venture, Good Life Education is the knowledge provider and brings value to the table with its unique course content.

The course has been formulated for graduates as well as students in their final year at college as this set makes up the potential joinee pool for the industry. With this move, Vardhman aims to strike a chord with the youth and generate a positive outlook and appreciation toward the industry from budding professionals. Apart from these, the course is open to any individual aiming for a career in Real Estate or looking to invest in the same with no age restriction.

With the two courses already being made available in Mumbai, in the future Vardhman and Good Life Education are looking at developing an online module for the same course along with establishing their presence in various other cities.
