Filafi Fithu Presents Her Own Private Luxury Designer Footwear Label in Delhi

 In a glitterati ceremony, Filafi Fithu took the first step into the world of luxury designer footwear by launching her own private label ‘FilaFi Fithu’ in the heart of Greater Kailash, Part 1 in South Delhi. Designed by Filafi, the shoes are manufactured at Calzaturificio Taboo Line di Romeo Giuseppina at Vigevano (near Milan) in Italy. The company is renowned for its impeccable quality Italian leather and footwear.

The guests spotted at the event were renowned Italian Designer Sergio Peviani, Actress and Model Ritu Singh, Runway Model Himani, Choreographer Rachna, Runway Manager Anjali, Supermodel Kajal, Model Esther and many more.

Filafi, a gold medalist in footwear designing and technology, completed her Post Graduate Diploma from the Central Footwear Training Institute in Agra. She completed her Graduation from Patkai Christian College, Chumukedima, Dimapur, and thereafter cleared the Nagaland Public Service Commission examination to land into a prestigious government job. Nevertheless, even after a successful stint, she decided to quit her job and follow her dream instead. The journey to follow her passion for footwear had not been easy but with her parents’ support she dared to dream, pursue it and turn it into a reality.
“I want my shoes to be classic and trendy and my clients to feel elegant and timeless about themselves each and every time they adorn their feet with a design from ‘FilaFi Fithu’.  I opted for Italian leather because I want to give the best to my customer. I don’t want to put out a run-of-the-mill product from China that is already flooding our market. It’s affordable luxury. It’s for the kind of woman who knows and understands a quality product”, averred Filafi on the occasion of her launch.
